Kaioshin-Sama

Okay, I think it's time I start expressing my artwork a little more. Especially now that I have PS CS5~!

Here's my first colored work in PS. I don't think I need to explain who this is, but I will say that the reason I chose Shin-Kun (or SK, if you'd rather abbreviate his english title) is because I am in the works of making a doujinshi that's quite heavily based on him. It's a concept I've had in my mind since High School that's based on an idea that I created ten years ago. (yup...that's how long it's been since the Kai was first introduced to American dubbed anime)

The only reason I chose to hold off sharing my idea is simple: I'm pretty novice to the complex and demanding art that is doujinshi. I worry my artwork will look too amateur, and I won't be able to keep up with whatever schedule I put with it. But seeing as it is the new year, I've been raring to get to the sketchbook and give it a shot. Who knows, I might actually be good at it.

By the way, this doujinshi heavily revolves around another very well known character from a different anime. I won't say who just yet, but you will find out soon enough.
